Taher S. Helmy
President – AmCham Egypt
Partner, Helmy, Hamza & Partners (Baker & McKenzie)

Taher S. Helmy was first elected president of AmCham Egypt in May 2003 and was re-elected for a second term in May 2005. He is a partner of the international law firm Baker & McKenzie and a founding partner in the firm’s Cairo and Riyadh offices.
Dr. Helmy has participated in the drafting and/or reviewing of key economic legislation in Egypt over the years. He is the founder and chairman of the Egyptian Center for Economic Studies and a founder of the International Economic Forum and the Future Generation Foundation. He also served for three terms as a member of the U.S.-Egypt Presidents’ Council.
In addition, Dr. Helmy is a member of the governing National Democratic Party’s Supreme Policies Council, as well as the party’s Economic Committee.
Dr. Helmy has been practicing law since 1974, specializing in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and commercial law. He is a member of the Chicago, Illinois and Egyptian Bar Associations, was the first Arab national to be admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court, and is also admitted before the Egyptian Supreme Court.
After completing his studies in the United States, Dr. Helmy practiced almost 10 years in New York and Chicago before returning to the Middle East.

James Pringle
Executive Vice President – AmCham Egypt
Senior Counselor, M.A. Kharafi Group

James Pringle is a senior counselor for the M.A. Kharafi Group, one of the largest foreign direct investors in Egypt, representing assets and investments of approximately $1.8 billion. Mr. Pringle’s current activities in Egypt are mainly focused on directing new Kharafi projects at Marsa Alam, where the group recently opened an international airport – Egypt’s first successful BOT transportation project – and is also undertaking a $1.2 billion tourism and real estate development project.
Before joining the Kharafi Group, Mr. Pringle was vice president for global business development for Bechtel’s water business and director of business development for its hotel, theme park and urban development business groups for Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South Asia.
Mr. Pringle served as president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt from 1992 to 1994, and is currently the executive vice president ofAmCham. He has been a member of the U.S.-Arab Council on Foreign Relations’ advisory board since 1985.
Mr. Pringle earned undergraduate degrees in economics and international relations from the University of Minnesota and completed his postgraduate studies in business administration at the European Institute of Business Administration in Fontainebleau, France.

M. Gamal Moharam

Chairman and CEO, Piraeus Bank – Egypt

Mohamed Gamal Moharam is the chairman and CEO of Piraeus Bank – Egypt. He joined the bank, formerly called Egyptian Commercial Bank, in March 2002.
Mr. Moharam has previously worked as chief representative at The Bank of New York, 1984-2002; Fleet National Bank, 1981-85; and Citibank, 1979-81.
Mr. Moharam is currently the executive vice president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, and has been an active member since 1984, while also previously serving as chair of the Banking & Finance Committee.

Hamed Ismail Fahmy

Hamed Fahmy is the founder and managing director of Allied Corporation - Egypt, a management and economic consulting firm established in 1984.
The firm provides high-level consulting in the areas of public administration, institutional development, economic and trade policy, regulatory reform, commercialization of utilities, financial analysis and feasibility studies, local development, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as well as management, procurement and logistical support systems.
Among the U.S. firms with which Allied has been collaborating are Nathan Associates Inc., Bearing Point and Development Associates.
Mr. Fahmy is a founding member of the Arab Management Association and a member of the U.S./Egypt Business Council.

Ahmed M. G. Abou Ali

Attorney at Law, Partner, Hassouna & Abou Ali Law Firm

Ahmed Abou Ali holds a LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and a diploma in private law and LL.B. from Cairo University. He is founding partner of Hassouna & Abou Ali Law Firm and an attorney before the Supreme Court of Egypt. He practiced law in the United States with the Chicago firm of Sidley & Austin, before returning to Egypt to represent a number of multinational American and European companies. Dr. Abou Ali has extensive experience with Egyptian banking, commercial, corporate, investment, privatization, project-finance and securities laws and regulations.
Dr. Abou Ali is the current vice president for legal affairs of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the American Society of International Law, the Egyptian Society of International Law, the Egyptian Capital Market Association (chairman of the Committee on Legislation and Profession) and the Egyptian Society for the Protection of Intellectual Property (board member and general secretary).

Omar A. Mohanna
TREASURER – AMCHAM EGYPT
CHAIRMAN, SUEZ CEMENT

Omar Mohanna is an economist and chairman of Suez Cement Group of Companies, a board member of ACE Insurance Co., and chairman of Global Protection, an insurance brokerage and consulting firm.
Mr. Mohanna joined the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt in 1986 and has held various positions within the organization. He served as treasurer of the Board of Governors for a number of terms. He has also served as chair of several AmCham committees, including the USAID and International Donor Programs committees.
Mr. Mohanna is a board member and honorary treasurer of the Egyptian Center for Economic Studies (ECES); a member of the Egypt-U.S. Business Council; a board member of both the New Civic Forum and the Protection of the Environment Association; a member of the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association, Egypt’s World Economic Forum, the Club d’Affaires Franco-Egyptien and the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs. He is a former vice chairman and managing director of Egypt Arab African Bank (EAAB); and a former managing director of the ACCOR Hotels Group of Companies in Egypt. He has over 25 years of commercial and investment banking experience with Egyptian and international financial institutions.
Mr. Mohanna is also a former senior adviser to the minister of international cooperation, who is currently Egypt’s minister of finance.

Loula Zaklama

President and Managing Director, RadaResearch & Public Relations Co.

Loula Zaklama, elected world president of the International Public Relations Association for 2006, is a public relations and marketing expert with 40 years of experience in advertising, marketing, data analysis and public awareness campaigning.
In 1982, she founded RadaResearch & Public Relations Co., a private marketing research and public relations firm in Egypt.
Ms. Zaklama joined AmCham Egypt in 1985, and is currently a member of the Board of Governors. She is a member of the board of Gallup International and a member of the board of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA).
Ms. Zaklama was awarded a medal of merit by the International Advertising Association, Chicago, in 1986 – a medal given every two years for outstanding contributions to the advertising industry. She is one of 10 individuals to have been selected from around the world for this distinguished award.
She also received a certificate of excellence from the International Public Relations Association in 1993, and was selected as one of the 50 leading women entrepreneurs of the world by the Star Group, sponsored by IBM and Fortune Magazine, in May 1998.

Karim Ramadan

General Manager, Microsoft Egypt

Karim Ramadan is general manager of Microsoft Egypt, a fully owned subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation and one of Egypt’s strongest multinational software manufacturers for personal and business computing.
Mr. Ramadan joined Microsoft approximately seven years ago, working in Egypt and the Gulf region, finally returning to Egypt in December 2001 as country manager of Microsoft Egypt. During Ramadan’s tenure, Microsoft has worked very closely with the Egyptian government in developing the usage and spread of technology through government-led initiatives such as the Egyptian E-Government Project, the Ministry of Education’s School Agreement, the Microsoft Partner Academy and the student and home PC initiatives.
In January 2003, Mr. Ramadan was promoted to general manager of Microsoft Egypt, in line with his knowledge of the Egyptian market and his past experiences at IBM and Oracle, in the United States and the various countries of the Gulf. Mr. Ramadan’s main goal remains to drive growth of the Egyptian subsidiary, fostering relations with the Egyptian IT industry, the business community and the government. In a country that enjoys an abundance of youthful technical graduates, Microsoft Egypt is committed to developing local caliber and employs 100-percent local staff.
Mr. Ramadan is a graduate of the American University in Cairo, majoring in economics.

Tom Walter

Chairman & Managing Director Fuels Marketing, ExxonMobil Egypt

Tom Walter began his 28-year career with ExxonMobil as an electrical engineer in Saudi Arabia. Since then he has held various engineering, management and general management positions in refining, supply & trading and marketing in the United States, Turkey, Zimbabwe, Cote d'Ivoire and Senegal.
Mr. Walter and his family arrived in Egypt just over two years ago and he is currently in his first year as a member of the AmCham Board. Previously, he served on the Board of the Corporate Council on Africa, was co-chairman of the American Business Association of Zimbabwe and a Member of the Board of Junior Achievement Zimbabwe.
ExxonMobil Egypt has operated in Egypt for more than 100 years, focusing on retail, commercial and industrial marketing of fuels and lubricants products. Operating under the Esso and Mobil brands, it is a recognized leader in Egyptian petroleum marketing sector.

Hisham A. Fahmy
Executive Director – AmCham Egypt

Hisham A. Fahmy has been the executive director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt since December 1999, and held the position of general manager from 1987 to 1993. He is also the chairman of the Egyptian Society of Association Executives (EgSAE), an association whose mission is to enhance the professional management of associations in Egypt.
Mr. Fahmy previously served as acting director of the Egyptian Center for Economic Studies, a non-profit think tank that carries out and disseminates independent economic research, and worked on implementing programs that furthered the center’s mission and oversaw the financing and administration that sustains them.
Mr. Fahmy developed quality systems and initiated business contacts between one of Egypt’s largest international corporations, International Group of Investment (IGI), and its clients and suppliers.
He spent a decade acquiring firsthand private sector expertise in travel and tourism, and representing engineering, construction and electronics firms.
Mr. Fahmy graduated from the American University in Cairo in 1974 with a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).

Amr A. Kabil is chairman and CEO of Modern Egyptian Transport Co. (METCO). He is also a board representative for National Vegetable Oils Co..
Mr. Kabil is the vice chairman of National Stevedoring Group, an administrator for the Club d’Affaires Franco-Egyptien, and a mechanical engineer for the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers.

Amro Altahwi

Andy Altahwi is the founder of Adamson Brothers Inc and presently serves as the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Adamson Brothers Inc. Adamson Brothers is an investment Bank licensed by the SEC, member of the NASDAQ and Pacific Stock Exchange, and member of AmCham.
Mr. Altahwi is the founder/CEO of “Dandana TV” and “Dandana Reality TV,” satellite TV channels broadcast in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. He holds a law degree from Cairo University and a Ph.D in finance from London. He has written numerous articles in newspapers about investing in the U.S. and has also appeared regularly on network TV discussing the U.S. market and the industry itself, sharing the considerable experience gained while employed at Prudential Securities. During his tenure at Prudential, he was closely involved in the negotiation of terms and the structuring of a $6 million public offering of Cali Realty Corporation (REIT). Mr. Altahwi has been the lead investment banker of many high profile IPOs, listed on the NASDAQ.
Mr. Altahwi is licensed as: a Series 3 Commodities and Futures License, a Series 4 Option Principal, a Series 7 General Securities Registered Representative, a Series 24 General Securities Principal, a Series 55 Equity Trading License and a Series 63 State Securities Licensee and licensed principle Mortgage Banker.

Curtis A. Ferguson
Division President, North & West Africa Division, The Coca-Cola company


Curtis Ferguson began his career with Coca-Cola USA in Atlanta, Georgia in 1983. He was transferred to The Coca-Cola Export Corporation in 1988, after which he held a variety of management and board positions in subsidiaries of The Coca-Cola Companies around Asia. In January 1998, he was appointed senior region manager for Egypt and in July 2000, he became managing director of The Coca-Cola Bottling Companies of Egypt.
Mr. Ferguson was active in the local community, serving as chairman of the CSA board; chairman of the CAC board; board member of the Bio-Lateral Albright Commission and executive vice president of the AmCham board. In recognition, he was awarded the U.S. State Department Award for Corporate Citizenship in 2002.
In 2002, Mr. Ferguson became senior region manager for West Africa and in late 2003, senior regional director for the Western Africa region. Recently, he was elected a director of the North African Beverage Company, a new joint venture for the Coca-Cola Company in the North African market. In January 2005, he was appointed division president of the North & West Africa Division, based in Cairo, responsible for 18 countries.
Mr. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in finance and management from Indiana University. He is also a graduate of the Executive Development Program at Stanford University and the Executive Management Program conducted by Wharton/Emory Universities.

Don Butler

Don Butler is chairman and managing director of General Motors Egypt, leading a group of 750 employees. He was appointed to this position in April 2005. He is also an active member of AmCham Egypt’s Industry Committee.
Just prior to his current role, Mr. Butler was vice president of planning and business development for OnStar in the U.S., where he was responsible for developing the strategy, planning, alliance partners and new business opportunities for General Motors' vehicle communications subsidiary. His previous assignments within GM include engineering, marketing and planning.
Mr. Butler holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from General Motors Institute and a Master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University.

Farid F. Naoom
Owner and President, Rainbow-Cairo, Egypt

Farid F. Naoom is the owner and president of Rainbow-Cairo, Egypt. Rainbow is the sole agent and representative of several U.S. companies in Egypt and the Middle East, and has been a major supplier of locomotive equipment and parts to the Egyptian National Railways since 1995.
Mr. Naoom is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Egypt and is a certified public accountant in the United States. He worked in the health-care industry in the United States from 1972 to 1984.
A citizen of both the United States and Egypt, Mr. Naoom holds a Bachelor’s of Science in science and business administration and has undertaken postgraduate studies in business administration at De Paul University in Chicago.

Guy M. Bourn
Vice President, Sokhna Port Development Company
Major General, U.S. Army (retired)

Guy Bourn retired from the U.S. Army in 2004; his last duty position was chief of the Office of Military Cooperation in Cairo. Since then, he has been the vice president of the first private company in Egypt to manage a seaport, Sokhna Port.
The Sokhna Port Development Company, which is part of the Cairo-based Amiral Maritime Corporation, was founded in 1999 and was granted the concession by the Egyptian government to develop a state-of-the-art port and logistics center at the southern entrance to the Suez Canal, on the Red Sea. Within two years, Sokhna Port was a fully operational maritime facility, handling thousands of tons of cargo, utilizing a fully automated planning and operations system. Customs and port processes are integrated into the port’s sophisticated information technology systems. In addition to container and bulk terminals, the port is developing other industries such as a magnesium plant, a sugar plant, a livestock feedlot and slaughter facility, and a bio-diesel refinery.
General Bourn holds a general engineering degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s degree in systems technology from the Naval Postgraduate School at Monterey, California.

Hala El Barkouky
Founder and Managing Partner, Allied Business Consultants

Hala El Barkouky is the founder and managing partner of Allied Business Consultants. Since its inception in 1996, ABC has been contracted to assist in the privatization and restructuring of Egyptian public enterprise, conduct business viability assessments for energy efficiency services in Egypt, and provide financial and management consulting services to the private sector. ABC has also been contracted to provide advisory services to overseas clients in the field of investment banking and change management consulting.
Prior to founding ABC, Ms. El Barkouky served for 18 years with Egypt’s leading banks. She spent nine years with Chase National Bank (later Commercial International Bank) as unit head for tourism, airlines and petroleum; senior manager for marketing support and new business development; and division head of the correspondent banking and trade finance division.
From 1993 to 1996, Ms. El Barkouky worked with Bechtel Inc. and Arthur Anderson as group head and team leader for the restructuring and privatization of public enterprise within mining and refractories and chemical holding companies.
Ms. El Barkouky received a Bachelor’s of Arts in communications from the American University in Cairo, graduated from the Chase Manhattan Bank credit appraisal course and attended the program in investment appraisal and development at the Harvard Institute for International Development.

Hassan M. Hussein
Chairman, The International Investment Advisor TIIA

Hassan Hussein has worked as chairman, vice chairman and CEO for various commercial and investment banks and has worked in major financial centers in the Middle East and Europe for the past 30 years.
An active member of AmCham Egypt since 1991, he has served as chair of the Banking, Finance & Insurance Committee and the International Donor Committee. He has also been elected twice to the board of the Egyptian Capital Market Association (ECMA) and has served as chairman of the Investment & Privatization Committee at the French Chamber.
Mr. Hussein founded The International Investment Advisor TIIA in 1995, which specializes in privatization and corporate finance advice and has a substantial track record with major donors including USAID, CIDA, the EC and the World Bank. He also founded and chaired TIIA Underwriting Company, an investment banking boutique short-listed by the government for investment banking.
Mr. Hussein received a degree in business administration from Cairo University in 1973, and later studied corporate finance at Harvard Business School. He is licensed by the London Stock Exchange.

Hatem Ezzat Kheir
General Manager, Kheir Group

Hatem Kheir graduated from Cairo University as a mechanical engineer in 1981 and worked for one year at the Mechanical Engineering Department in Mansoura University. He then joined a private sector company in Egypt, moved to Saudi Arabia from 1984 to 1989, and returned to Egypt as area manager for Peerless Pump Co. USA, until 1993, after which he became the company’s agent in Africa, a post he still holds.
Mr. Kheir is one of the founders and board members of the Egyptian Fire Protection Association and has represented Egypt in international conferences on fire protection. He is now director of the Confederation of Fire Protection Association International, which oversees 28 associations around the world.
He is the only foreign member serving on the fire pump technical committee of the NFPA, and a member of SFPE, USA, and FPA, UK. Within the business community, he is a member of AmCham, AHK, EICC, BEBA and DBC in Egypt. He was also selected as a member of the task group to boost the relationship between business sectors in Egypt and India.
Kheir Group operates in the field of fluid handling systems, including water and wastewater, as well as process, fire, power and industrial applications. The company represents pump companies from the United States, United Kingdom, Korea, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, India and China.

Mohamed Abdallah
Chair, Real Estate Committee – AmCham Egypt
President, Coldwell Banker Affiliates of the Middle East

Mohamed Abdallah holds a Bachelor’s of Science in mechanical engineering from the American University in Cairo, which he gained in 1994, combined with pre-graduate courses from different international universities.
Mr. Abdallah started his professional career as a trader in the Egyptian stock exchange. In 1996, he held the position of vice president, trading in EFG-Hermes, one of the biggest financial groups in Egypt.
Currently, Mr. Abdallah is the president/CEO of Coldwell Banker Middle East, the master franchise holder in the region. Coldwell Banker is active in the real estate sector in the Middle East and works to promote this through a variety of activities via the Real Estate Committee in AmCham Egypt. Coldwell Banker Middle East has succeeded in strategically positioning itself in Egypt as well as Lebanon. It is now working on the final stages of beginning operations in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.

Mohamed Taha Mostafa
Treasurer, Egyptian American Bank (EAB)

Mohamed Taha Mostafa graduated from the American University in Cairo in 1978 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in economics.
Prior to joining Egyptian American Bank in 1988 as assistant chief dealer, Mr. Mostafa worked for four years as a petroleum service manager in Mosafco International Co. and five years in the Islamic International Bank for Investment & Development as assistant chief dealer.
Mr. Mostafa was appointed chief dealer at Egyptian American Bank in 1988, where he was later promoted to deputy manager in 1989, first deputy manager in 1989, manager in 1990, senior manager in 1991, assistant general manager in 1992, deputy general manager in 1993, general manager in 1996 and executive vice president and head of treasury in 2000.
Mr. Mostafa is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.

Nawal Kelada
Management Consultant, Middle East Courier Service


Nawal Kelada has been with the UNDP since 1963. She has a versatile professional career history in methodological administration, management, human resources development and training as well as information and communication management and policy making.
During these years, Ms. Kelada undertook many missions to other UNDP global administrative management systems, policies and procedures, human resources development training and capacity building. She also conducted quality management training workshops in various UNDP offices in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Cairo, Rwanda and Kenya.
Ms. Kelada is the founder and partner of Middle East Courier Services Co. Egypt, where she is a management consultant. She is also the management consultant for Middle East Bank Services Co. Egypt and freelances for the UNDP as a management consultant and quality management trainer.

Philip N. Diehl

Philip N. Diehl leads Fleishman-Hillard, MENA from Cairo, Egypt. He offers clients a wealth of experience from 30 years at the intersection of international business, government and political affairs. Mr. Diehl has been recognized by Advertising Age with its designation as one of the 100 Best Minds in Marketing Today, and his work has received a wide variety of awards, including the Faith & Politics Institute’s St. Joseph’s Day Award for public service, the U.S. Department of Treasury Gold Medal for outstanding public service, and Government Executive’s Federal 100 Award for innovations in IT applications in the federal government.
Mr. Diehl advises clients on a wide variety of strategic communications issues. Current and recent clients include the Egyptian Investment Ministry’s investment promotion agency, GAFI, Bristol-Myers Squibb, AT&T, Alenia Aerospace, Tata Consulting Services, the American Petroleum Institute, Chevron, and Aramco Services Co.
Before joining Fleishman-Hillard, Mr. Diehl held a series of senior positions in Washington, including chief of staff of the U.S. Treasury Department and staff director of the Senate Finance Committee. In 1994 President Clinton nominated Mr. Diehl to serve as director of the United States Mint, and he was confirmed unanimously by the U.S. Senate. His work in Washington has been featured in stories in the New York Times, The Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, and Fast Company.

Serena Hylton

Managing Director, TRACCS Egypt

Serena Hylton, a Palestinian-born American, is regarded as one of Egypt’s leading public relations practitioners having served as chief operating officer of Intermarkets Egypt and managing director of Asda’a Egypt before creating her own agency, TRACCS Egypt, in 2000.
Ms. Hylton’s expertise in diplomacy, problem solving and crisis management is largely derived from her early years with the U.S. State Department. Her past experiences include working in consular affairs in Germany, Congo and Washington, D.C., as well as serving as the assistant to the consul general at the U.S. embassy in Egypt. Under this role, she handled a diverse range of activities including missions of the U.S. secretary of state to Egypt as well as crisis management during the first Gulf War.
Ms. Hylton has created a strong reputation in public relations in Egypt by developing and administrating complex issue-driven communications campaigns. Prior to establishing TRACCS Egypt, she represented U.S. Wheat Associates in Cairo as well as the Egyptian National Family Planning Campaign. Ms. Hylton has been the exclusive PR representative of Visa International in Egypt since 1998. Ms. Hylton and her team also serve Allianz Group, Electrolux Group, National Paints and British Gas. TRACCS Egypt was also selected to manage all local communications for the Athens 2004 Olympic Torch Relay in Cairo.

Soheir Farahat
President, Ingyco Agencies

Soheir Farahat joined the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt in 1995. She is president of Ingyco Agencies, a private marketing company established in 1984 that deals in electronics, communications, maritime services (vessels agencies for all Egyptian ports, Suez Canal transit attendance, inland transport and clearance), textiles, wastewater disposal and industrial turnkey projects in the Middle East. The company also deals with marketing projects in the Middle East, as well as marketing of projects under the privatization scheme of the Egyptian government.
Ms. Farahat holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in social sciences from the American University in Cairo and joined the United Nations Food & Agriculture Organization in Cairo for three years before serving with the World Health Organization Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office in Alexandria until 1983.

Tarek Elrefai started his career in 1982 as a foreign exchange dealer at Alexandria Kuwait International Bank. In 1986, he joined Irving Trust covering the Egyptian market. The Bank of New York took over Irving Trust in a hostile takeover in 1990 and Mr. Elrefai has continued with The Bank of New York till today.
Currently a chief representative based in Cairo, Mr. Elrefai assumes responsibility for developing business relationships with financial institutions promoting the bank’s range of payments and cash management products, trade, custody, security lending and GDR/ADR. He is also country manager for Egypt, Jordan, West Bank, Tunis, Algeria, Morocco, Libya and Yemen.
Mr. Elrefai graduated from Cairo University’s faculty of commerce in 1980.

Thomas (Tom) E. Thomason
Vice President, Globeleq/Sidi Krir

Tom Thomason joined the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt in 1994. He has served as AmCham executive vice president and chair of the Engineering & Construction Committee. He also serves on the boards of the Bilateral Fulbright Commission and the American University in Cairo.
Mr. Thomason is vice president of Globeleq, which develops, owns and operates power plants and related fuel and electricity infrastructure with investments in 19 energy assets in 14 countries.
Globeleq is the owner/operator of Egypt’s first privately owned and operated power plant, a $480 million project completed in January 2002 and now in operation selling electricity to the government.
Mr. Thomason holds a Bachelor’s of Arts and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas.
