Guiding Principles
As a committee we have agreed to work within the following guiding principles as we implement our Work Plan:
- Members of the core committee must play an active role in the work of the committee. If a member continuously fails to attend core committee meetings then they will automatically lose their status on the committee.
- The choice of the topics for the monthly meetings should reflect the suggestions and recommendations of the regular attendees as well as the needs of the broader Egyptian marketing community.
- Build on the AmCham network / facilities and engage the AmCham staff more in the marketing committee operation and promotion of activities.
- Better-use the marketing icons / experts and expose them to the marketing community for a shared learning / richer interaction.
- Lastly, and maybe most importantly, prioritize “micro” than “macro” activities, to ensure more tangible results / better-delivery of objectives.
Marketing Core Committee Monthly Meetings:
The aim of the monthly meetings is to review progress of the Work Plan.
Venue: AmCham office (unless otherwise stated)
Timing: Every 2nd Tuesday of the month from 9.30 – 10.30 am
