Committee Objectives and work plan
- Increase awareness of the donors working in Egypt and the services they offer.
- Spread the awareness among the membership to allow a broader participation in the various development and business activities.
- Contribute constructively, not only to the implementation of new and on-going projects, but also to the planning of activities that are either ignored by the donors or could be structured differently to improve economic development, specially when it comes to employment creation in the private sector.
- “Advertise” the accomplishments of the different programs and disseminate information about success stories in order to advocate for mutual international collaboration.
- Assist in highlighting aspects of the donors programs that could have political sensitivities for public officials since the public misunderstands some of the International Donors programs.
- Invite heads and senior staff members of the various agencies as speakers, organize round tables and eventually, at a time mutually acceptable to all parties concerned, organize a donors seminar (Half a day or a full day).
