• Raising awareness of the various environmental issues and highlighting their personal and professional impact at present and in future.
• Exploring and presenting relevant business opportunities to the members under the theme "Environmental Projects are Investments, and not Costs"

Committee Work Plan

• The committee comprises professionals with various backgrounds
• The committee seeks closer interaction with the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) and network of contacts by organizing monthly core committee meetings as well as successive events in coordination with other committees hosting prominent speakers.


The following issues are to be tackled:


- CDM (Clean Development Mechanism)
- Natural Gas Conversion
- U.S - Egypt FTA with emphasis on Environmental issues
- New Executive Regulations of Law No. 4/1994
