Projects
1. Salary Trends
The Committee will work with several companies that provide salary
surveys to identify trends in compensation. One session will present
findings from several providers
2. Survey
To conduct a survey of members and get baseline data for:
- HR Department Structure and Functioning
- Average turnover rate by type of industry and level of position
- Amount on average spent annually per head on training
- The percent of overall cost to an organization of manpower,
again by industry
Position papers
1. Prepare a position paper on the most effective
method of handling workforce reduction, as we see this as one of
our primary Human Resource challenges.
2. Produce a document detailing the results of the survey.
