Each year the U.S. Commercial Service Egypt selects and promotes several trade shows in the U.S. representing leading industrial sectors. Commercial specialists in Cairo and Alexandria offices organize and escort groups of business persons to attend these shows to meet with U.S. companies at major trade shows in the United States.

Some of the value-added services offered to our delegates include:

  • Complimentary show directory that includes the profile of each delegate.
  • Hotel reservation at the show at discounted rates.
  • Complimentary match-making service to delegates.
  • Group appointments at the Consular Office.
  • Pre-departure briefing for the delegates in Egypt.
  • Pre-registration of the delegates and collection of badges in advance so that they do not have to stand in long lines.
  • If required, assist delegates with interpretation service at the show with US Exhibitors.
  • Complimentary use of the International Visitors Center at the show.

The International Visitors Center (IVC) provides special services through the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Buyer’s Program to assist international visitors.

The IVC services that will be available for international delegates include:
