Program Objectives
This is a generalist certification that enhances effectiveness of specialist thru broad based and cross-functional knowledge in business. It provides a practical business curriculum that addresses needs of business practitioners.
Pre-requisites and Requirements
Achieve "Pass" score on all four parts of the CBM Exam.
Hold an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university or international equivalent.
If you have a specialty certification and/or graduate degree, then at least three years work experience. Otherwise, four years of work experience.

Part 4 - Capstone Study
This consists of a written analysis of a case from Harvard Business School. All the theories, concepts, principles, tools, techniques and practices presented in CBM1, 2, and 3culminate in CBM4.
