33 Soliman Abaza St., Dokki, before 2:30PM.
For payment by credit card,

form online, specify the method of payment: Amex, Visa, Master
Card, or Diners Club, print out the subscription form, fill out the
information concerning the Credit card #, Expiry date, and signature
on the printed subscription form, and fax it to (20-2) 3338-9896.
Within 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail with your
personalized user ID and password to access
the service.
