Bannerman updates members on Washington's mood
Graeme
Bannerman, Egypt's official lobbyist in the United States, spoke
to AmCham Egypt members at an off-the-record breakfast briefing
on August 22 at the Cairo Marriott Hotel's Aida Ballroom. He briefed
the roughly 150 members who attended on the current mood towards
Egypt in Washington, DC, as well as the vision of the US administration
with regard to the region. The event provided an opportunity for
open discussion of serious issues. Following a short speech, Bannerman
answered questions from the audience.
