Provide a forum whereby women members at AmCham could discuss and address business topics of interest to women.

Committee Work Plan
1. Projects
- Providing AmCham women members with relevant information
- Making use of the E-forum for exchanging information and discussing issues to be used for presenting position papers
- Amount on average spent annually per head on training
- Edu-Vacational weekends as learning, relaxing and networking events
2. Theme for the year
Leadership Study of essential skills and ways of surmounting the glass ceiling.
Including:
- A debate on women managers (pros + Cons). Do women managers really differ from men? In what ways are they less welcome by higher management, colleagues' subordinates, customer?
- An educational videotape addressing the topic discussed during the meeting will be presented
