Workshop Objectives:

The importance of this workshop is derived from the fact that is very common, among project managers, to experience frustration because budget overruns and material shortage, suffer from too much overtime and too little profit, and have been harassed by unexpected delays and interruptions. This workshop covers all the ingredients necessary for trouble-free and profitable project management. It gives the participants the expert knowledge, the planning skills, and the precise tools they need to insure the success of all company's projects.

Workshop Contents:

  • The strategic personality; the human side of the identity
  • Blending the positioning and personality
  • The seven steps toward a strategic personality

Identity building in the real world:

  • Planned and unplanned word of month
  • The employees as identity contact
  • Managing identify contacts using "convergent communication"

Minding the brand identity:

  • Managing the brand triad.
  • The brand identity strategy (reprise)
