Workshop Objectives:

Quality becomes crucial for firm success and surviving, and a main dimension of global competition. The main objective of this workshop is to enrich the participant knowledge about the concept, objectives and techniques of TQM in comparison to other concepts such as Quality Assurance and the ISO9000 series, and to upgrade their skills in using the techniques of designing and managing an efficient TQM program to enhance the company core competence.
